sorry, I was more meaning what it means that you have "asked for" 
something and what we're supposed to do about it?

But, yes - inclusion_CellML_1.1.1 might be better, or maybe 
target_CellML_version_1.1.1? for_inclusion_in_CellML_1.1.1 ?
