The decision we made previously was to move from a custom XML language
(CWML) to something more standard (docbook) - there were many good
reasons for doing so, all buried in the minutes somewhere :)
I don't think we want to go back down the custom XML route.
In added support of docbook, the current documentation used in the model
repository is essentially a restricted subset of simplified docbook,
which Catherine (and others?) seem to handle with ease...not sure if
thats the case, but its the impression I get.
