Hi Sarala,
Thanks for the answer and news :-)
CelO has a similar goal, except the "visual" subject (not covered on my 
work). And it is possible to use SWRL to "infer" some knowledge from the 
CellML Model.
I'll wait with expectation for the drafts :-)
