issues to consider:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

The tracker is a useful way for managing issues. A natural part of the
workflow for some issues includes discussion on this list. Often
discussion only interest a small group, and the tracker allows for this. However,
members need the option of adding themselves as CC’s to the tracker items
of their interest, hence the notifications.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"'>Disadvantages:
The tracker mails are often confusing to new users. Mail from the tracker
may appear to clutter this list. There may be better ways of notifying
members of new tracker items.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
