As you will see from <a href="http://www.cellml.org/tools/">http://www.cellml.org/tools/</a>,
there are several CellML<br>
tools, including PCEnv (<a href="http://www.pcenv.org/">http://www.pcenv.org/</a>)
and COR<br>
(<a href="http://cor.physiol.ox.ac.uk/">http://cor.physiol.ox.ac.uk/</a>). The
authors of those environments agreed<br>
that it would be in the interest of the community to merge the two<br>
environments, and this is what OpenCell is all about: a merger between PCEnv<br>
and COR using PCEnv as the code base.<br>
