I have started using this alongside my work using COR (Cellular Open
Resource) and have a few initial comments:-

First of all great that you have got this going over there, Andrew, and I
didn't come across any glaring bugs and it ran the simulations I tested
fine. Great work!

A lot of my comments I'm a little concerned may seem a bit nitpicky but here
goes:-

My initial response was that user friendliness could be improved a little. I
like to be able to open up software and it be obvious what you do to get
things going. I had to study the tutorial/manual carefully to get the
understanding I needed. That's fine and probably me being lazy but it is a
personal preference/luxury.

Linking data lines to models and then cloning in order to be able to do
different runs seems quite cumbersome and also then not being able to save
what you have done etc. this is similar to comments made by Jonna.

The simulations seemed to run fairly slowly. (Slower than my experience with
running similar simulations using COR)

I also had a similar issue finding and selecting variables. I know COR has a
way of selecting out variables from constants etc.

The mapping of variables in CellML is kind of a nuisance and of course
necessary! A graphical way of doing it would be great. I have used an older
piece of software that enabled this but had a lot of other issues associated
with it.

I am also curious to know what is planned in the future for PCEnv in
relation to editing and visualising the CellML.

Thank you.

Regards, Penny Noble
