No, I think we need to update that soon (this is tracker item 204
https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204 and also deal to
the trackers on the site soon). I believe there are plans to eventually
delete these trackers - until then I will try to put a tracker item in
the list attempting to redirect people to the right tracker.

http://www.cellml.org/tools/api/api_tracker/7 has been in Bugzilla for
some time as tracker item 190
https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=190

#8 has been filed as tracker item 207.

#9 has been filed as tracker item 208.

#10 has been filed as tracker item 209.

#11 has been filed as tracker item 210.

They are still ongoing issues - I think that now we are discussing them
they will probably be resolved in the near future.

There are a few references to CellML which will be fixed by tracker item
204 (https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204).
Non-CellML projects like cmgui will probably take longer to migrate due
to increased needs in terms of legacy database migration.

Yes, this is a legacy issue - see tracker item 205
(https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=205).
