Hi,
Having just read the minutes of this week's CellML meeting, I would like to
clarify the situation with regards to the TeLICeMS grammar...
I wrote the initial OpenCell's COR view more than a year ago. From there,
Andrew (I wasn't involved in that decision) decided to implement the
TeLICeMS service based on my code. So, yes, unless Andrew drastically
changed the grammar I used for the then OpenCell's COR view, it should be
very similar to the one used in TeLICeMs.
However, I have nothing and had nothing to do with the current
minus/negative solution. As it happens, I am against it (see
https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2990). To me, it goes
against what I was trying to do with OpenCell's COR view, i.e. make it as
simple as possible for a user to edit a CellML file and leave it to the
software to decide how to serialise a model in CellML.
