Hi all,
I have just updated Jonathan Cooper's original VersionConverter code
(
http://www.cellml.org/tools/translation-utilities) which flattens
hierarchical CellML 1.1 models into single document CellML 1.0 models.
The updated code is available at:
https://github.com/nickerso/flattenCellML. I'm still testing the code
out, but it seems to work so far for me on Mac OSX with the CellML API
1.12 SDK :)
Please feel free to try it out and let me know how it works for you.
You can even submit issues under that project on github
(
https://github.com/nickerso/flattenCellML/issues) and I might be able
to help resolve them. Or better yet, fork the repository and help
improve the code!
There is also a tracker item in the CellML API tracker regarding such
a feature being natively available in the API:
https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3575.
Cheers,
Andre.
