Hi,
The latest version of the Physiome Model Repository, or PMR release 7, is now
live.
Major changes includes:
- Availability of RESTful web services. Most content in PMR will have a JSON
representation if the resource is retrieved with an Accept header of
'application/vnd.physiome.pmr2.json.0'. As this feature is targeted at
developers, those who are interested can read about a simple client at:
https://github.com/PMR/pmr2.jsonclient/tree/master/pmr2/jsonclient
- All published code regenerated using CellML API 1.12, which corrects a
number of errors in the generated Python code.
- Various visual updates.
- The exposure wizard is now the only way to generate exposures, old methods
are now deprecated.
There are other minor updates, please refer to the changelogs within the
individual packages.
