Hi,
PMR release 8 is now live on the new host.
This release includes:
- Preliminary integration with the RICORDO metadata framework
- Currently features available are more targeted towards tool developers,
as we currently don't have any models annotated to this standard, but this
will change once all the tools are in place.
- Initially four ontologies are installed onto the internal RDF store,
which are GO, FMA, CHEBI and CELLTYPE
- Temporary credential generation for webservices for access to Mercurial
- If permission was granted by users to applications to make use of this
feature
Other changes:
- Fix to allow owners to manipulate exposure workflow states if a single file
was declared.
- Collaboration portlet for exposures
- Specific workflow for workspaces for better security management
- This also allow users to make workspaces visible to the public themselves
more easily.
- Few other minor UI fixes.
