Hi,

The release 9 of PMR2 is now deployed live at
https://models.physiomeproject.org/.

Main new features of this release includes:

- Allow the making of CellML exposures of private workspaces - workspaces no
longer need to be published before the exposure can be created - provided
that the exposure creator can access all the data in the source workspace and
any of the underlying embedded workspaces for CellML imports.
- Exposure file type for dealing with metadata files, which hooks into the
underlying RDF index/search engine.
- Automatic indexing of Workspace metadata on push - this is integrated with
the new subscriber/event types for repository data changes.
- Much better RDF metadata search form, and is now linked from the front page.
- Other miscellaneous UI improvements.

As for the metadata editing, and also to followup on the recent OpenCOR
release, the metadata created by OpenCOR's CellML Annotation View can be
indexed into the repository by either the workspace RDF Indexer or by
specifying that as a metadata file when creating an exposure. Currently, the
RDF searches is only configured to return search results for these predicates:

- http://biomodels.net/biology-qualifiers/isVersionOf

Naturally, the above list is subject to change as we receive more community
input as to where and what the system should support, and when the more
advance features are enabled/implemented.

Regards,
Tommy.
