Hi Matheus,

I just had a look at your model and the problem lies with, at least, `O_2ks`
in the `potassium_channel_O_ks` component. Indeed, it is both initialised and
computed, which is not allowed (you can, however, have a variable that is
initialised and then updated through an ODE).
