Hi Aroli,



Like you, I would like to replace my use of the CellML API with that of
libCellML, but although libCellML can already do quite a few things, I
wouldn’t say that it is ready to replace the CellML API.



Still, you can judge for yourself by having a look the test code for
libCellML. Indeed, that’s probably the best way to check what can (or cannot
currently) be done with libCellML.



Regarding the CellML API, I wouldn’t say that it’s obsolete, but rather that
it’s not being developed further. This means that it still receives fixes, if
needed. As for some sample code for the CellML API, you can always look at
the code for our CellML support plugin in OpenCOR.

Dear all,


I just wondering whether the libCellML is already can be used as the
replacement of CellML API or not. Actually, I interested in libCellML since
it's related to my research and using CellML API is too difficult without a
good example code and I thought some people said that the API is already
obsolete. Moreover, can I get some sample code if the libCellML can be used?
