Dear all,

We are happy, although embarrassed, to announce the release of OpenCOR 0.7.1
and its Docker container.

This patch fixes an issue with OpenCOR 0.7 which continually uses the CPU
even when idle (see here<https://github.com/opencor/opencor/issues/2721> for
details).
