Hi Randall,

I agree that we should do this at some point; it would be good to have a
tracker item on this so we don't forget (I haven't been able to find
one yet. I have added
https://tracker.physiomeproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1878 so people can
comment on this.

The first step will probably be adding support for 'make docs' to the
build system, then adding builds for this which also put the
documentation up. Perhaps adding manual 'make docs' support should also
be a tracker item.
