Not that I am aware of... the point of DVCS systems is that you can
share patches from others, and then push them back yourself when they
are ready, without going through the central system.

We could theoretically add an on-push hook to log the credentials of the
person doing the push, but I'm not sure this would be particularly useful.

I have in my ~/.hgrc
[ui]
username=Andrew Miller<ak.miller at auckland.ac.nz>

I think that having a working e-mail address is good practice for anyone
providing patches, as it makes it easier for people to get in touch with
that person. It is also important that we provide a unique identifier -
a name would be ideal, although if we had someone who wanted to
contribute but wanted to use some other distinctive moniker rather than
their real name, that would be fine too.
