Any GUI-based modelling environment will, unfortunately, be somewhat slower
than a command line based environment. This is inevitable. If you check the
'computation time' (instead of the 'simulation time') you will see that it
is much smaller. Things are better when dealing with multi-cellular
problems.

Otherwise, if Andrew wants COR's source code, no problem I can give it to
him any time. I will be in Auckland in 2 weeks time though, so maybe we can
look into it then?

I would agree with Andre: try to get CVODE(S) to work in PCENV and see how
it goes...
