We would like to invite nominations for the CellML editorial board. This
board will be responsible for making decisions about CellML language
design and specifications. Members should be willing to spend the time
required to assess any proposed changes, and be involved in discussions
and practical activities around implementing these changes. The
existence of this board as an elected group is not only important for
the future development of the CellML standard, but is a requirement for
membership of COMBINE.

Eligibility for nomination is simply membership of the CellML discussion
mailing list. You may nominate yourself or others.

Please email your nominations to me:

<mailto:dj.cowan at
auckland.ac.nz?subject=Nomination%20for%20CellML%20editorial%20board>.

If a nominee accepts nomination, they may also send me some text which
will be included with their name on any voting form.

A voting system will be decided later, partly determined by the number
of nominations received.

Cheers,
Dougal
