Dear Colleagues,

The 15th Annual Virtual Cell Short Course will be offered June 9-11,
2014 at the University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, CT.
The Virtual Cell (http://vcell.org) is a computational software
environment for modeling and simulating cell biological systems. This
user-friendly software tool supports deterministic and stochastic
simulations for both non-spatial and spatial models (including
reaction-diffusion models with geometries derived from 3D microscope
images). The course is free, but requires an application that
describes how prospective participants plan to use the Virtual Cell
system. For details on the course and how to apply, go to:

http://www.ccam.uchc.edu/events/Vcell%20Short%20Course2014.pdf

The Application deadline is May 10. Please pass this on to
potentially interested colleagues.

Best,
Les
