Git

Hi,

Migration to Git for the Physiome Repository began 90 minutes ago and was
completed successfully just now. This also means that the release 10 of PMR2
for the Physiome Repository was also completed.

Most notable changes:

- Web services now supports `application/json` mimetype and the format is
Collections+JSON (however backward compatibility will be maintained for at
least a year as of this release)
- Git support deployed and Mercurial support withdrawn. All workspaces will
be based on Git from this point onwards.

Other changes that were released as additional updates to release 9 that was
not mentioned

- Support for COMBINE archive generation from exposures
- Email notification for curators.

Regards,
Tommy.
