Another idea: maybe the XML for each language should be split into two
files, one for CeLEDS, one for CeLEDSExporter.

Hi Adam
Not sure how to fix this, but the language definitions contain some keys and
bits that belong under CeledsExporter. What are your thoughts?
Perhaps having the languages directory under CeledsExporter, or perhaps just
as a sibling to both Celeds and CeledsExporter?
