I'm not sure which discussion you are referring to, but my comments on
this are based solely on the contribution process you wrote for the
libCellML project, please see:

If that is not the intended process, then please edit your proposed
development process for contributing to the project and update that
pull request to state what you actually think the development process
should be for contribution so that we can review it accordingly.
