It seems that in the CellML 1.1 specification, there were a few links
problems:
1) Problems with the internal URLs. The editor was changing href="#..."
to href="/#...", giving wrong internal URLs. I worked around this by
putting an absolute URL in there.
2) Images referred to the location on the old site at
/public/specification/... I fixed this, and now the images appear in the
specification again.
3) References to old URLs in appendix D. I changed these all to the
files at the specifications/archive/ URLs. I'm not sure it is worth
cleaning up the archive files to have valid links.
There are also image problems in the CellML 1.0 specification, as all
the images have URLs like this:
<img
src="file:///home/carey/cellml_site/www/public/specification/20010810/equations/eqn_1.gif"
alt="Equation: dV_dt" />
I will fix these too soon.

We are not using it at the moment, but we could install it.
